FROM TRASH TO TREASURE is a unique and inspiring Art Competition that invites both students and professional artists to showcase their creativity and commitment to environmental sustainability. The competition aims to transform discarded materials into stunning art installations, demonstrating how waste can be repurposed into beautiful and meaningful creation.
Competition Theme
HUMAN FAULT
Highlight humanity's environmental impact through Art Installation. Use discarded materials to symbolize pollution, deforestation, and climate change, creating a visual commentary on our responsibility and need for sustainable action
COMPETITION PRIZES
Each participant must provide a link to their work portfolio/previous artworks when registering on the website. The last day for registration is February 10, 2024 at the latest.
The participants will be selected on the basis of the portfolios/previous works after the assessment of the Secretariat.
Final participants will be announced by February 16, 2024 and will be required to attend a briefing session.
The proposals will be prepared by the selected participants and must be submitted to the organizer.
Once the proposal has been approved by the organizer, the participants can start working on the mural (on site) by end of April.
Participants are not allowed to draw elements related to racial sensitivity, politics, national symbols, inappropriate and obscene images.
Participants must bring their own painting equipment. The organizers will only provide basic paints.
The jury's decision is final. Any complaints after the competition will not be considered.
